Criminal Charges

Well as of now I have 1 more court date to show the fine paid. Then all charges will be dismissed. Why did I get stuck with a fine? Because my neighbors are liars and scum sucking buttheads. They lied at the arbitration so they won on 1 point. Because of that I have to pay a fine. Then I found out that the fine gets paid to them. So basically I am rewarding my neighbor for being a scum sucking liar.

As a side note. Going into court totally sucks. You cannot speak your mind. So much for freedom of speech in this county. If you have a lawyer you are just supposed to stand and keep your mouth shut. If your lawyer is late then you cannot say a thing just sit back down. When your lawyer shows up THEN you get called back.

Questions concerning the "discovery" were never answered or even addressed.

I think the "justice" system in Clark County Nevada is broken.

So in summation. I'm paying a fine for citations I never received. I had bench warrants out for me for court summons I never received. I paid a fine even though the DA was never able to produce copies of the citations. This is nothing but a scam operated by the courts. A complete and total waste of tax payer money.
