Now What

Well, I now have all the dogs in town with me. That was fun getting lady into the truck. Brought them all in on the 21st. Now I only need to go home to check the water and trees.

Today I washed all the dogs for a 2nd time. Duke was the only one ok with it. Everybody else fought being drug into the shower. Once in they were ok. Nice clean sweet smelling dogs. What a change.

Well, the boys have been to the vet and met all the neighbors. Everyone thinks my boys are very sweet. Time to make a phone call and get the discovery started.

Caught

Well today once again the neighbors dog jumped the fence and got into. This time when I blew the whistle my dogs kenneled. I was able to put a choke chain around the trespasser and get him to the orchard area. Ilona came over and put him in the shed for me. Called Animal control and they came out and made sure my dogs were ok. Then put that bad boy in the truck and left.

I lost a couple of pictures of Todd's dogs in my yard. Including the one for today. I think I forgot to actually push the button on the camera. Guess that's what happens when you get a little upset. So now I have to fill out the paperwork and get that mailed in. Then request a copy of the complaint. Will need it for the court stuff in Jan/March.

I keep forgetting I also need to call the lawyer and get the discovery done.

Oh well. Gotta keep busy I guess.

Go Directly to Jail

I am 53 years old. And until Sept 6, 2009 I had never been arrested in my life.

When the Police pulled me over on Desert Inn road I was not worried. Not until the officer told me that a warrant had been issued for my arrest and put the handcuffs on me.

1st mistake - I left my wallet in the truck with my partner. Always take your wallet, otherwise how will you post bail?

When I got to the Clark County Detention Center it took hours to process through and I'm dressed in shorts and short sleeve shirt and that place is freezing.

So I get arrested at 8:30AM and have no clue what is going on until after 5PM I'm cold I'm in severe pain (I'm a disabled VET) my limp is getting worse by the minute.

Finally I'm put "in the Tank" with 12 other women. 1 of which is badly in need of a shower and smells like something dead for 3 days.

I met one women that I cuddled with in an attempt to get warm. Thanks for the warmth sister. So your sitting in the tank no way to get warm. Wooden benches all night long. No blanket no pillow AC blowing.

We had women that were brought in - in swim suits. Poor little girls.

The Food was even worse. If what they gave us was supposed to be some type of warm cereal then the county is being ripped off. It was basically colored water and the most horrid crap I have ever tasted. I was not hungry enough to eat it. I gave mine to the homeless lady. She thought it was fine. Sorry but I was not that hungry.

Oh they have these phones on the wall. You can make as many calls as you like. I don't think the women realize that the phone you are calling has to accept the call. In other words YOU ARE BEING BILLED for the call. $1.00 the 1st minute .25 each after that.

So Monday morning about 6:30 AM my mate figures out how toget me out on bail. It's posted at 07:30. ($640.00)I know nothing about it. Like I can really afford that. I've been out of work for almost a year.

So while the bail is being processed I'm in a group of women taken to the showers. That's ok.. Hot water feels good and I'm not body shy. Then jail uniform yippie long pants. Then we are taken up to a hmmm "cell block".

Really weird looking beds but I really don't care. Make up the bed crawl in and sleep until we get woke up for lunch. Sorry but I'm not gonna eat that stuff either. Hey, corn. Ok I'll eat the corn. Oh and get this watered down lemonade. But hey I'm drying of thirts here.

About 10:30 or 11:00 they call my name. Tell me to put all the stuff back in the bag I'm getting out. Hug my cell mate bye. So they take you to some other little room and make you put your own clothes back on. Then you sit in that freezing little room for several more hours. If they were going to lunch why did they not let me stay in the nice warm cell block?

I finally got out at 2:30PM and walked all the way to Stratisphere in the nice warm sunlight. Stopping finally at 7/11 for a brownie and Monster. Then catch the bus $3.00 for the last couple of blocks to Circus Circus. (My leg is giving out)

Now the really bad part of this.
1. Arrest was not necessary. All the cop needed to do was inform me I had missed a court date I knew nothing about. I would have been at the courthouse Tues Morning.
2. I'm basically afraid to wear shorts now. I carry a sweater with me at all times.
3. I am depressed beyound all reason.
4. I've got all the doors locked because for some reason I'm afraid the cops are going to come and get me again.
5. I never knew that a complaint had been filed against me. I never signed anything. I was never sent any kind of notice that I needed to go to court. I was never notified that a bench warrent had been issued against me. Their is something seriously wrong with the system.

Well it's 1:30PM and I think I'm going to go take a nap. Isnt that a sign of depression. Or maybe I'll just go have a good cry - maybe both.

Poor Lonely Dogs

Well, I'm planning on taking Charlie into town with us. I hope I can find a place for him to lie down in the shade.

The rest of the dogs will continue to remain at home. Hopefully with Charlie not being around I will not have to lock them in the kennel.

Today I will padlock the gate when we leave. Gotta stuff the dogs before we leave since we will not be back until tomorrow night.

Really serious fun trying to maintain 2 house's.

What I learned this Week

1. Kathy's feeling are hurt if I get mad. Kat I'm not mad at you.
2. Nevada has weird laws.
If you have a letter stating what you wish to have done with your remains that is signed and dated. It's not good enough.

The Letter for disposal of remains must be signed, witnessed, AND notorized.

If not then all BLOOD relatives must agree and sign a statement provided by the funeral home. We ended up having to fax forms to younger bro in CA. Happily he was not argumentive.

So besides moving furniture around in the house to help Kat out. I need to take care of legal paperwork for Ilona and myself.

I'm easy, I have no full blood relatives.
Ilona has Mom and daughter.

Sandy according to Kathy

According to Kathy Sandy is not house trained and she does not come when called. All I can say is 1. She is house trained at my house. 2. She comes to whistle. Maybe I should give Kathy a whistle.

Dad died so we have gathered at Dads house. My dogs are now alone night and day. I drive home in the morning and give them a double helping of chow. They won't see me again until tomorrow.

At least Tuesday Morning I can drive Ilona home and she can be in her own house until I get the stuff in town taken care of.

Crap and Shit

Well, we got into the house. First thing I did was make a pot of coffee. Then waited all day to pick up my sister at the airport.

Big surprise, Mom and Dad changed the Trust. Made sister who lives in CO. and her daughter the executer's. And never had the fucking courtesy to tell the oldest. Cowards.

So you have to understand I'm slightly miffed. I see Dad 4 times a week and he never says a word. So now little sister is here "high and mighty" deciding what she and her daughter get and we can have the leaving's. I'll get over it.

I don't want the house sold. The market is too depressed.

My neice actually wants to live in the house. The only problem I have with that is she is a pig when it comes to housekeeping. That's going to be the fun part. Some day we will sell the house and it needs to be kept up. Yard work done, pool maintained, house and furnishing kept clean.

My neice is the type of person to leave dirty dishes, empty coke cans, coffee cups laying around and never pick them up. She never picks up after herself. And her bathroom looks like a dark back alley in some slum.

Methinks I'm coming across really pissed off. I guess I am. Like I said I'll get over it- Someday.

Someone placed a bet with me this morning that if the kid stays here - then withen 3 years her Mother will move back to Vegas. (Gambling problem) That would be a bad idea. I don't think she will, she does not like the heat.

Anway I had to drive home this morning to feed the dogs. I'll be back tomorrow.

My Hero

For the past month Dad and I have been talking about the new end tables and lamps he wants to buy. The Aloe Vera Plant and getting cutting's off it. Killing the black Algae in the pool.

2 weeks ago I gave him a stoneware Pizza thing for the oven.
Last week we were talking about putting a CD player in his car. And his head cold. A summer head cold what a bitch.

I found out Dad had a girlfriend when he was stationed in England. He still has her letters in a box in the garage.

I found out that when he was stationed in Japan the troops had to be really carefull when approaching their aircraft because the guards might shoot them. They actually approached with hands up.

Dad loved working in the yard. He always wanted to be an electronic tech. Instead of a sheetmetal man.

He worked on DSRV1 and 2 and he worked on DeepQuest and then worked on some stuff for NASA.

Today I was expecting another Friday afternoon with Dad. Some lunch, some conversation maybe dinner. Just something to give Dad to do.

So I went through my usual Friday morning routine. Drop off Ilona at work. Go do a little scrounging. Go to the library. Then head to Dads house.

I pulled in and noticed orange tape around the gate. Cannot enter. I noticed a funny looking lock covering the door knob. I looked at the garage door same tape and again around the front. Called the phone number on the tape. I was informed Dad had died and been found by a passerby near the pool.

I called the cororner and they would not give me any info. I was told they had tried to call my brother and reached his son. Because my nephew told the people who called that Dad is my step-dad they won't let me in the house. Only blood relatives.

So in the morning my brother flies in from San Jose.

Had to Call the neighbor

Yesterday Well once again... Let the dogs out of the house and kennel and they ran to the back corner. Made a semi-circle and started barking. I whistled and they all came back. I put them in the kennel then walked out to the fence with camera in hand.

One of Todds dogs was sitting in the corner and it looked like he had some injury to his neck. I took pictures then went back to the house and called Todd 0645

"Todd one of your dogs is in my yard. He has an injury, my dogs did not touch him - I'm not going to touch him."
I got the answering machine and left the above message.

I went and got dog food and started feeding my dogs when Todd yelled across the yard "Where is he" I pointed. Todd walked down the line. Found the dog. Jumped the fence tossed the dog over then he went back over.

Today while heading into town we saw 1 dog on leash at Todds place.

Kristen in Town and other News

1. My neice is in town for the weekend. Drove in from CO. with a group of other young women. Rumor has it they were going "clubbing" last night. I'll have to find out how that worked out. (my niece does not drink)

2. Now if I buy a basic program from someone and it does not work as advertised and I send a letter to support asking for help, should I get an ad to buy a more advanced version of the program in reply?

And why, if the basic version does not work as advertised would you expect me to purchase another version? I shall give the program and support group one more week before I mention the name of the software.

3. Ilona want's to drive herself to work and let me stay at home. Remember people this is the lady that blacked out at the wheel and totaled her truck in April. We only have the 1 working vehicle at the moment. What to do?

4. I need to get back to town and program dad's universal remote. He is currently using 3 different remotes. He has a problem getting the TV to show his DVD's. Then if he gets a picture he looses the sound on the surround sound system. Or he might get the sound and then no picture. Hopefully once I get the remote programmed the problems will be solved.

So One more update on Twitter and I'm off.

Update for the rest of the house

Well the new wall unit is in and on a timer. The bedroom unit is also on a timer. So both rooms are reasonably cool when we get home in the evening.

Last month electric bill was $146.00 (June)

I have not yet disconnected the whole house unit.

We have blocked all the air vents in the house. Took out the grate and installed plywood sealed around the edges. Also laid new carpet.

Been busy pulling up weeds and watering fruit trees and figuring out what trees to cut down in the fall.

I just need now to figure out how the mice are getting into the house. Think I shall tear out the shelf under the sink and see what's going on down their.

That's it for today.

Pool Woes

Well, being out of work has both good points and bad points.
Good - I've collected lots of used carpet to put in the yard.
BAD - Pool chemicals have gone WAY up in price.
Good - The storeroom is now full of paper for making papercrete
BAD - Sammi the suzuki died. I cannot afford to rebuild the motor. AND I do not want to use my one and only vehicle for towing loads of papercrete.

The pool was a very SANDY Algae filled mess. So I put in Algae killer. Sweep everything to one corner. Moved the filter out of the way and pulled the plug. The just kept sweeping the sand out the hole. Now I'm talking Sand a FOOT deep. Took about an hour. Lost two inches of water.

MATH TEST. Pool is 21x41 feet. 4 feet deep. How many gallons is 2 inches of depth?

I don't know I flunked math.

I reloaded the algeside and santizer and now have the filter running. Scrubbed every inch of the sides.. I'll get some kitchen scrubbie and tie them to my feet to scrub the bottom. So far it's looking pretty good.

Dogs Chasing Cattle

Well, I guess that is what Aussie Cattle dogs are supposed to do. But are they supposed to be hearding the cattle back and forth while said cattle are in the pens?

Great video I've got of the cattle being run back and forth in the pen. They finally bunched up and turned horns to the dogs. I hope they gore a dog or two. Maybe then my neighbor will build a proper kennel for his dogs.

And of course the neighbors are not at home. They are off to another horse show I guess. Wonder where they are this weekend.

Notice of Recusal - The Lawer assigned to be the Arbitrator to the Law Suite has had a baby. I got a Notice of Recusal yesterday. Guess I need to look that up and see what it means. Hopefully more delay.

Hyplet

Yeast ? ? ?

What you think I'm joking? I must admit I was floored when the vet told me Duke had a yeast infection.

Ok, I'll start at the beginning. Duke has been shaking his head and rubbing it against the walls for months. So I started cleaning his ears out, every bloody day. He actually cut his ear when shaking his head. He rapped a table edge. So now when he shakes his head he flings blood droplets all over the place.

SO I look it up online. Looks like mites to me. My mate says mites. Tried all the remedies we found online. Hmmmm not working. Brought some stuff that "never fails". It did not work.

Ok. Now I have three different vets that I use. 2 lady Vets and 1 male. Time to stop at the Vets office for an office visit. The 2 lady Vets would not even give me an office visit. All they have to say is bring in the dog. Just to do that is $100 and $80 screw that. Time to go visit the male Vet.

Now he actually talks to me. I describe the symptoms (dirty brown stuff in ears) he is almost laughing as he says "not mites" Bring Duke in $40.00.

Make the appointment take in Duke. Doc swabbs his ears looks at the swab and says "yeast infection" Dogs don't get mites in this area. Pick up Duke at 4PM.

I leave Duke at the Vets office, Duke is not happy about that, I think he remembers what happened to him on his last visit. Anyway I head for the coffee shop and a free wifi connection.

Time to look up "yeast + dog" all kinds of stuff pops up. One of them I tried earlier. Just not for long enough and the wrong kind of vinegar.

So at 4 I go get Duke. Total bill $80.00 and that includes the medications and instructions on how to use them. If you need more just stop buy and get some. The Vet knows I own 4 dogs.

Two days later.. Been cleaning and applying meds as prescriped. Duke seems a whole lot happier. The only time he is shaking his head now is when I put in the drying agent.

Now it's time to correct his diet. I've been feeding them 1 cup of rice or oatmeal everyday. Vet said stop feeding them GRAIN... Well you have to admit. They started life of a natural diet of raw beef and pork ribs. Now they eat purina mixed with grains. Dogs are not made for that much grain.

So here are a couple of good sites.

Sittin at Dad's House

Here I sit.. I sit here every Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon... Now on Tues, Wed and Thurs I'm at home.

The good things about sitting here?
1. Dad's pool is clean
2. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
3. The neighbor has a high speed internet connection and a wireless router that is not secure ( Bless People that don't know how to secure their connection)
4. The neighbor is at work until 5 so I enjoy his connection.
5. Lot's of time to study, exercise and chat with dad.
6. Sat and Sun I can go dumpster diving.

The bad things about sitting here?
1. I miss my dogs.
2. I miss being able to work in my yard
3. I have to get all the house work done on the 3 days I am at home.
4. I think dad is getting tired of me taking up space in his house.

Now why am I sitting here? Simple my girlfriend totaled her truck. Remember she had that stroke last year. I think she passed out behind the wheel. Anyway she totaled it. Had to be cut out of the vehicle.

We are now down to 1 working vehicle. I drive her to work then do the shopping and trips to the vet with the dogs and anything else that needs doing. Then I go sit at dads and chat with him for awhile. Then at 6:30 I go pick up Ilona and we go home.

So what am I studying? FOREX and EFT weird combination,I know but that's just me. My forex accounts are UP this week. I finally graphed everything and I think I'm getting a clue with the FOREX stuff. I made over 100.00 in both accounts. Hopefully next month I'll be able to start taking a little out each month.

The EFT is so I can work on my depression. Or maybe it's just worry and frustration. I don't know.. I don't go to the doctor because even if I did I would not take any pills he/she gave me.

I've been out of work for 10 months now. I've totally given up on the internet marketing thing. I tried selling vacumms door to door years ago and never sold any. I did manage to sell some solar lights on ebay. But it cost me more than I made.

I think I'll just stick to my forex and writing. Those seem to make me happy.

Why can't I walk around the block?

1st the link will open to my EZ2x2 page.

Now why can't I walk around the block? Or put out my garbage cans without breaking into a cold sweat. Why do I need pepper spray or a .22 to go for a walk?

About 4 years ago I used to walk or ride my bike every day. No problem. That was until my neighbors dog bit me. After a couple more attacks once when I got out of the truck to check the mail and another while putting out the trash cans. I stopped walking.

My bike is busy collecting spider webs in the car port. Being bitten by a dog has a strange effect. I have never before been afraid of dogs. I have 4 dogs of my own. I am not afraid of them.

Well tonight I decided it was time to stop being afraid. I decided to walk to the mail box. I decided it was time to stop being afraid of my neighbor and his dogs. So I walked to the mailbox. Leave my yard and turn right, walk out to Cherokee.

Get the mail and continue walking on Cherokee to Amber and turn right again. Walking down Amber the neighbors dogs attack the fence and each other.

My neighbor comes out of his house and yells at me to "mind my own business and get the hell out of here." Thats kinda out of line. I think I will walk around the block every day from now on.

I think I will put the video of his dogs attacking each other on the website.

Wills, Estate Planning and Life

So, the A/C unit is now fully installed. Ran a new line under the house. I had actually made a comment on Twitter about fixing my crossbow and working on the A/C line.

Ok I made a special bolt for the crossbow and very carefully laid out the line to shoot under the house and out the other side. Pulled the trigger and the safety was on. And jammed could not free it.

So took the bolt out and very carefully took the crossbow apart. After replacing a spring it worked fine. So I was able to tie the string to the electric line and pull it through.

The new unit works great and cools the house off quickly.

So now I'm focusing on wills, trusts, POD's, and other legal stuff. Oh, yes I got my answer to the suit submitted. Cost $134.00 for my answer to be filed with the clerk of court.

So now my question is this. If you have an online business or you are an affiliate how do you pass the business on when you pass away. And did you know that even if you have a living trust you still need to have a will.

And one other thing. Has anyone ever seen a form for what to do with your remains when you die?

The Fun just never stops

So here's what's been going on since I last wrote.

So the AC unit died last summer ( I live in an 83 double wide)
So I purchased a new AC unit with my Nevada Unemployment stimulas check. One big enough to do the job.

Saturday I cut a hole in the wall and put in the AC unit. Plugged it in and promply blew the circuit. Oh the AC is 15Amps. Ok it gets it's own line.

Hey cool. I'll use the circuit for the whole house ac unit. That way I can take that junk out and put it in the back forty. Then remove the "air hose" under the house that the mice like to live in.

Gee then I only need to seal off the old air ducts. I hate to think what they look like. Flooded. Mice in them.

Oh almost forgot the dead cat that had to be dragged out from under the house. And Ilona having another attack and needing to go to emergency.

And of course the newest programs. EZ2x2 feeder program. And my sister sent me a link to "needsdone" which is interesting.

That's all for now dinner is cooking and I needto go check it.

Busy Days

Really busy the last couple of days. I spent almost all day Saturday on the cell phone about 5 miles away from the house. Talking to Farmers Insurance about the truck.

Also the phone company about the phone not working. Called the tow company that had the truck. They said I could come get our belonging out of the truck.

So I get to the tow yard and find out they want a $40 after hours fee to get my stuff. I don't think so.

Sunday spent working with the dogs and cleaning up in the yard.
Called sister.

Monday calling Doctors to get appointments to get stiches removed. More talking to insurance - I need to release the truck and they will transfer it to another yard.

The telephone man came to fix the phone. Yea! It works.. Insurance company want's a statement from Ilona. Was she talking on a cell phone? Not likely as she does not own one.

Damn I got served at 5:30PM and have 20 days to file a response. Time to dig into the photos and files.

Tuesday stop at dads. He was worried because the phone was not working. He thought we had turned it off. Next up trip to Doctor to get the stiches removed. No you cannot go back to work yet.

Next to Work to get LOA paperwork and see the boss. Everyone is always concerned about Ilona. It is good to have people that care about you.

Now on to the tow yard to get pictures of the truck and get out our belonging. We managed to get our stuff just before the place closed. Then back to the doctors office to deliver the paperwork for the LOA.

Google messed me up. The main office is shown in the wrong location on google. I called the office and found out the place is actually attached to the hospital on the other side of the street.

5:00PM one more stop for gas then on to Gold Strike Hotel and Casino for a buffet dinner then home. Feed the dogs, watch a couple of "hero" episodes. Do this and then off to bed. My head hurts.

Loving Life

I gotta love life. Always remember that. I am working on a reply.
I'm being sued. Never mind that I have vet bills. Never mind that I have pictures of my neighbors dogs running around in my yard.

My neighbor is sueing me. He says my dogs resulted in vet bills and "lose of business income." What a scam. He just want's my property to expand his horse breeding/training space.

He tried to get me to sell when I first purchased my property. I really should have got the place up on the hill. Then I would not have neighbors to give me a hard time.

I dispise greedy lying assholes like him and his wife. They actually accused me of stealing hay for my emu. Never mind the fact that I have never even had any hay on my property at all.

I guess that it does not help that I am not a horse person. I don't partake of any of the valley functions. I don't go to the local bar to bad mouth my neighbors.

I like to just stay at home or hike in the mountains. I like to play with my dogs, fruit trees and papercrete. I like to fiddle around with "things" in my shed.

I think I am screwed.

Please Take a Look

If you read the twitter updates you will see why. I'm beginning to get just a little bit freaked out.

My partner did not make it to work this morning. I hate days like today. I woke up when she yelled at Misty. But by the time I got up and dressed she was gone. Tried the CB but no response. It was only 730 which is an hour earlier than usual for her leaving.

I was restless all day. In and out of the house. I blamed it on the sandstorm. I could not do what I wanted to do. Instead I sharpened all the garden tools. I was just getting ready to go get the mail when the dogs went nuts.

A strange vehicle dropped Ilona off at the gate. She had a hair net on. She was not very steady on her feet. I helped her into the house and out of her bloody uniform.
I would like to Thank STEVE from Circus-Circus Security for Driving her home.

She has 21 stiches in her head. She almost broke her jaw. She has hemotoma's on her shoulder and neck. Glass Cuts all over the place. She says she blacked out for a second and went off the road.

When she "came too" she was off the road and over corrected and either flipped or rolled the truck. She had to be cut out of the truck. She spent all day in the hospital.

She says the hospital tried to call and told her the phone was "out of service" I went to the phone company website and put in a trouble ticket and tested the system. I guess the phone has been dead for a couple of days.

At this point in time I cannot call her Mom or daughter until I get the house phone fixed. Either that or we will have to drive over the mountain to get cell service. I guess I will have to call the insurance company and the company that towed the truck.

I am getting so frustrated. I just don't know what the hell to do anymore.

Ugliest Home Page

Well I've been busy. I love spring. Working on the water lines to the trees, tree trimming and cutting.

I started on a tree a couple of days ago and totally botched it. I did my cuts in the reverse order. I did my backcut first then started on the notch and prompley jammed the chain. Took the motor off and put it in the shed.

Yesterday I went to town and got a new chain for the electric saw. This morning I checked my mail. Yea I got a response from Mr. Steve Nix About.com: Forestry http://forestry.about.com who is a real tree expert.

He needed a picture to see what was going on.. So I took the photos. Looked at the tree. Realized I just needed to start all over about a foot higher. So I put the new chain on the saw.

In less than 5 minutes the tree was right where I wanted it. I spent the last several hours delimbing it.

No papercrete today. The downed tree is in my drive thru path.

For travel in the U.S. I like the St. Pete, FL deal. My grandparents live in St. Pete. When I visit I want to spend as much time as possible at the beach. I visit the old folks in the evening for dinner and conversation. Then I go to my very nice hotel. I always say it's so I can stay up late. But after a day of swimming and shopping I usually crash before 10.

But the best deals for me are going down to mexico. I love Mexico and I don't speak the language. Hey I fly in. Get a bus (awesome ride) or taxi to hotel get something to eat and find the best route to the beach. Did I mention I like to swim.

One of these days I might even get really brave and drive down to San Carlos.

Time to Start

Well so far this year I have made 3 loads of papercrete.

Time to get busy I guess. The shed is full of newspaper and magazines. I'm not "working" so I've got lots of time.. And that does not mean "time on my hands".

I mean the house is clean, everything in it's place. The shed's are all clean and organized. The walkways are clean. Mainly because that is where I want to put paper crete.

My plan is around the shed. And on every path, around the fence line. That will most likely take me the rest of my life and I've got company coming at the end of March.

Then in July - England is coming. Oh dear and I don't have the pool ready yet.. Guess I've got a couple of months to work on it.

Yesterday we put an a/c unit in the bedroom.
Last week it was a new floor in the laundry room.
Next week it will be a thru the wall a/c unit for the living room.
And the little window unit will go back up to the sewing room.
I still have the new sand filter for the pool sitting here in the entry way.. Cannot afford sand for it. So here it sits.

AT the moment cannot afford cleaner/sanitizer for the pool anyway. So that will be an interesting mess when I remove the cover.

Me Stop Smoking - Why should I

Ok, I'm sitting here wondering Why I want to stop smoking. It's not because my mom died of Brain Cancer less than a month after being diagnosed with Lung Cancer. I mean she had Emphazemia for over 10 years and that was not from smoking she did a chemcical burn on her lungs.. (Watch the oven cleaner)

I'm not quitting because my step dad, ass-wipe that he is hates smoking and he burned me to “force” me to stop.

I'm not quitting because my best friend died of Lung cancer.

I'm not quitting because my sister is taking drugs to make her stop smoking.

I'm not even quitting because my mate does not smoke, heck her mom and her daughter don't smoke either..

No I think It has more to do with the fact that I tried running up a mountain the other day while chasing the dogs. I had to stop gasping for breath. Got dizzy and almost fell off a ledge.

So today is day 3.

Other than that I'm sitting here looking at my webpage. My Mug is missing. The explanation for the picture is ok. Then Magpie, Viral Ads Unleased (Free) My Twitter Widget. A little “Peel Away Ad” up in the corner. Then the tweetergetter link. All above the fold line.

So I need to figure out how to add tabs to my page. And I think change my background picture I used a picture from the “snow storm”. Now for me the webpage works fine. I just go to it. And then click on a link to go directly to that site to work on my ads.
However everything is out of order. And some of the stuff is not centered properly.

So today is going to be busy.

1. Make a couple loads of papercrete.
2. Hike the mountain and get pictures. (Flowers and cactus blooms)
3. Work on website.
4. Vacuum
5. Dust.

So if you have any suggestions or code for working on my website send me a twitter.

Oh yeah, I use My Free WebSite Builder software or I use the edit function on CPanel.

I TWITTER DO YOU

I twitter do you? I enjoy twitter and all the tools offered by 3rd parties. Like tweetergetter, backtweets, mosaic, timer and others.

Pretty cool stuff. Plus it makes it a lot easier for me to keep up with my mentors and for others to keep up with me.

Well short post I guess. I did papercrete today. I'm taking an online test at the moment and my love is about to get home.. Just buzzed me on the radio..

Sunday's Trip to Arches

Foot Sore Dog
Sunday March 8 2009
Well I reached the mountain at 1:00PM got home at 4:59PM hey my sister called while I was gone. My guess is her roommate told her about the email I sent to HER!..

Anyway I have two main area's that I climb in. The first area starts out with nice round river rocks and is easy for the dogs. They just don't like me using them as canary's in the mine shafts.

The second area I climb in is volcanic rock with violent upthrusts. I have to wear gloves. I did NOT THINK before taking the dogs with me.

Ok, so everybody made it to the top of the mountain ok. I got some great pictures. Now I need to find the camera cable. I forgot to put in a memory chip. (Maxtor external H.D. cable works)

Now on the way down the mountain I found out dogs don't like climbing down - really rough cut your hand kind of rock. The two boys made it all the way down no problem.

Gave them some water and emptied my old "alice" backpack. Took a little water, a lease, and my empty pack about a 1/4 of the way back up the mountain where Misty was stuck on a ledge.

1st I gave her some water. Lifted her off the ledge and she collapsed under a bush. Coaxing did not work. Tried some Beef Jerky no go. Took the collar off Charlie and put that on Misty.

Dragging was not going to work. She rolled over and played dead.
Last resort. Pick her up and stuff her in the backpack.. Head out, pull the drawstring tight so she cannot get out.

She did not like it when I put the pack on -- rolled over and stood up. It took me a minute to get my balance and for her to stop trying to jump out. I did not much like it either. She weighs over 50 pounds.

Ok, we got her down to the truck and out of the bag. Gave the dogs a big bowl of water and I started picking up the wood that someone had dumped in the area. Hey gotta get firewood - wherever you find it in the desert.

Misty could not even jump into the truck when I was ready to leave. Had to pick her up. As soon as we got home she jumped out and is now snoring on the floor beside me. I think all 4 dogs are now sleeping.

Misty was limping and whining, the boys are out in the Living Room and Lady the old girl is so close to my chair I dare not move. Well that's it for this update.

TUES March 10 - Misty still limping, Duke cut his paw pad here at the house and is now doing the 3 legged dog trick. Charlie is his bouncy, dancing self.

Crazy Ideas & Questions

I forgot to check my forex account on Sunday. Better open that up in a new window. Ok, That's a yippie I made money. Which begs the question

I have a managed forex account. I put money in. I check it and watch it grow. I do not touch it or withdraw any money. Do I have to declare it on my IRS taxes?

I get up a lot and walk outside to look at the trees in the day and the stars at night. I do some of my best thinking then. By the time I get back inside I forgot what was hot!

I need a wireless headset so that if I talk while I'm outside it will WRITE the info for me. Not a voice recorder I've got a ton of those.

My Vista Speech engine is driving me crazy. I've got it set to autostart with the PC but every single time I have to go into the control panel and set options and run through the tutor to get it to work for this session.

Reboot and it's not where it should be. Anyone got any ideas.

Well I got my mates taxes done. Now I have to do mine.. Nightmare time. All those online business expenses. Oh don't forget the state business license. Then I need the credit card statements. The 401K statements. The IRA statements. The home office deductions.

Oh deductions for when I have to drive to town to get an intenet connection. The extra dial up connection for when the satalight goes down.. Busy busy busy...

Crazy Idea

Is your Family Taken Care Of?

Off to a Gruesome start here.

The question being "Is Your Family Taken Care Of? If you should die tonight or tomorrow who is going to decide who get what in your family. Your WILL or the laws of your local court, which may make awards that were you alive you would not like.

Think you can't die? Your way to young? My brother died at 42 overnight heart attack. My cousin 2 years later same way.

A sudden death in the family has a way of jolting everyone in the family to a local lawyers office to see about getting a will done.

Here in the Las Vegas area a simple will for a single person can easily run over $500 PLUS you lose time - you have to secudle an appointment. You have to drive to his/her office.

You could buy simple will making software. Read the fine print... Will it be legal in your state.

What worked for me? http://tinyurl.com/makewill
Read the 10 Reason's You should have a will. Then click the link at the bottom of the page that says: Click here for Immediate Online Will Preparation Services.

Your will well be legal in your state. Simple or complicated my team can handle it. Do you need a lawyer? Probably not!

Blondie is now living in Colorado

On Thurs Jan 29, 2009 I took Blondie into Las Vegas and delivered her into my sisters hands.

Now that dog knew that something was up and was very unhappy about it.

When I left my Dad's house Blondie was in the backyard.

When I got home I called and Blondie was already in the house. Kathy and Kristen left Las Vegas about 0530 on the 30th and were home before 830PM in Colorado Springs, Co.

Kathy said the dog had not done a potty the whole trip... OOPS I forgot to tell Kathy the secret word.. That was soon taken care of.

So here it is Sunday I will call and tell Kathy to post a comment so we will be able to keep up with what the dog is doing.

Meanwhile The boys are missing mom. Charlie has taken over her spot on the couch. Both boys run around the inside and outside the house looking for her when I let them loose.

So I'm working more on their training and playing ball with them.

Mom has Passed

The obit
ELNORA MULLER Elnora L. Muller, 72, of Las Vegas, died Jan. 22, 2009. She was a campground owner/operator. She is survived by her husband, Fred; daughters, Debra McBee of Sandy Valley, and Kathy Greene and Doris Call, both of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and stepsons, Gordon of San Jose, Calif., and Ernest of Riverbank, Calif. No services scheduled.

No obit does justice to the person that was. Everyone's mom is a hero, teacher, villian. Someone that you love and someone that you hate. Oh come on. Who has not said "I hate YOU" to their mother?

She taught me to ride a bike, and a horse. She made in less than 2 hours time a full length satin skirt for a concert I had to do. She told me I could not go to West Point. Among many broken dreams.

She taught me right from wrong and to share with my sibling.

She taught me to be calm no matter who's leg or arm was broken, or how much blood was involved. She always said you can panic later.

I cannot say how many hair brushes, coat hanger and other objects she broke on my bottom. I was her stubborn, troublesome, angry daughter.

I know that she has crossed over and is in a much better place than she had been for the last few years.

Love Ya Mom.
